Q. ARE KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
No, although products do contain natural ingredients. Some may still have an allergic reaction to our products, this is why we highly encourage our customers to perform a small patch test before using products with ingredients they have never encountered.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS?
Consult your physician IMMEDIATELY! Or get to your nearest emergency room as quickly as possible.
Q. HOW DO I PERFORM A PATCH TEST?
Simply apply a small amount of product on the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 30 minutes to monitor any adverse affects, if you do experience any itching, breathing, or swelling of the tongue and throat discontinue use IMMEDIATELY!
Q. HAS ANYONE EVER HAD ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS?
NO! Since the creation and development of Kae Butta Brand in 2017 we have not had one customer complaint about allergic reactions. To prevent any health concerns, before any product is introduced to the market it is thoroughly tested for 6 months to a year to ensure quality and safety assurance.
Q. DO I GET A REFUND IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
YES! Once product has been returned you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product. However, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
Q. DO ALL KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS HAVE INFINITE SHELF LIFE?
No, all Kae Butta Products do not have infinite shelf life. The life span of all products are listed and specified on the labels.
Q. WHAT IS "INFINITE SHELF LIFE"?
"Infinite Shelf Life" means that the product never expires. We have products thoroughly tested and researched product ingredients. And have we learned that some of our most active key ingredients do not expire! Our studies have in fact proven that the longer our products sit the more effective they become!
Q. WHAT IS A "MULTI-USE" PRODUCT MEAN?
A term "Multi-Use" means a product can be used on the hair and body without adverse reaction. We believe "Multi-Use" Products save customers time and money as one product works simultaneously to bring forth great benefits to the hair and skin.
Q. ARE ALL KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS MULTI-USE PRODUCTS?
NO. Hair styling agents are not for the body, such as edge control, straightening serum, heat protectants. foams etc. By reading the Product descriptions on our website informs you of those products that are and are NOT for multi-use.
Q. ARE ALL KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS MADE WITH 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS?
NO, All of Kae Butta Brand Products are not made with natural ingredients. However, because of the nature of some of our products we use outside vendors that specialize in manufacturing products that do not contain harsh chemicals and use vegan, organic or plant-based ingredients.
Q. ARE ALL KAE BUTTA HANDMADE PRODUCTS 100% NATURAL?
YES! All of our handmade products are made with all 100% natural, vegan and organic ingredients!
Q. CAN BABIES USE KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS?
YES! Kae Butta Baby's sure can. However, we do encourage all parents to still perform a patch test to ensure babies safety. Although our products are gentle enough for babies please be sure to keep products out of reach children. We have received several reports of babies loving to eat and play in our Hair & Body Balm. No adverse reactions were reported with these incidents.
Q. HOW DO I GET THE BEST RESULTS WHEN USING KAE BUTTA PRODUCTS?
Consistency is key! Everything takes time, you have to be dedicated to using the products to get the results you desire. Along with product recommendations, a healthy diet, exercise and plenty of rest can contribute to your results.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
